When placing an order on my store, please be aware that it takes time for me to process it. However, rest assured that I will be sure to ship your order as fast as possible so you may get your items quickly.
Note that once I have shipped your order, I DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS (in most instances)*.
* If you wish to refund your order (before it is shipped) or there is a issue with it to be resolved either dm on any platform (preferably on Instagram @KIELLUSTRATIONS) or email me.
If you are ordering an item which I do not have in stock, I will need to get that manufactured and sent to me before I can get it sent to you. Therefore it could take (considerably) longer. I aim to restock every 1-2 months, depending on the popularity and demand for the product(s).
If in your order there is an item(s) that are out of stock but not others, do note in the message to seller/email me ([email protected]) if you want me to send your order in one go, or two; I will default to waiting for your full order to have arrive to me before shipping anything out to reduce shipping costs.
